Processing time for orders is about 3-5 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Please understand these times may be extended during holidays and promotions. Once your order is shipped, Delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days and 10-21 business days internationally. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers from USPS to international mail carriers.

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Before placing an order please read for shipping dates. Some items may take longer to ship.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL EXCEPT: You have 3 days upon receipt of the item to exchange your items if it does not fit. We do not offer refunds, but we can issue store credit for your next purchase. Customer must pay return shipping. Please include your name, address, phone number, and email inside the package so that we can contact you once the item is received by us. Once we receive the package, you may select another item from the store to exchange your item for. If there is a difference we will invoice you for it, or if there is a negative difference we will create an account with that difference. We will NOT ship if address is unconfirmed in paypal.
